WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
1 300g Japanese tofu
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp mustard or to taste
1 tbsp roasted garlic
1 sachet 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
salt and pepper to taste
HERE'S HOW:
- Purée tofu in a blender or food processor.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and process again until mixture is smooth and creamy. Use as dressing, dip or spread.
