WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
¼ cup CERELAC Rice and Soya
¼ cup pre-boiled water
1 egg yolk, slightly beaten
¼ cup mashed and strained squash
For Caramel:
1½ tbsp sugar
1 tsp water
HERE'S HOW:
- Combine CERELAC Rice and Soya, water and egg yolk.
- Pass squash into a sieve and stir in prepared mixture.
- Caramelize sugar and water in a pan and transfer into a ramekin or baking cup.
- Pour in squash mixture into the caramelized sugar. Cover with aluminum foil.
- Steam over medium-low heat for 40 minutes.
