WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
2 ripe, small Dole Bananas, peeled
2 cups fozen strawberries, sliced
1 pint frozen vanilla yogurt
HERE'S HOW:
- Slice bananas into blender or food processor container. Add pineapple and strawberries. Cover; blend until smooth. Add yogurt; blend until thick and creamy.
Note: This recipe fills a 5-cup blender. For smaller blender, make half of recipe at a time.
Nutrition Goal: Low fat, low cholesterol, good source of fiber, rich in potassium, calcium, and Vitamin C.
