WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
6 tablespoons margarine, softened
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup milk
2-1/3 cups all-purpose flour, divided
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 ripe, large DOLE Bananas, sliced (3 cups)
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup margarine
HERE;S HOW:

HERE;S HOW:
- Cream 6 tablespoons margarine and sugar until light and fluffy, in large bowl. Beat in egg, lemon peel and vanilla until smooth. Stir in milk.
- Combine 2 cups flour, baking powder and salt, in medium bowl. Stir into sugar mixture, stirring until blended. Fold in bananas. Spoon batter into well greased 9-inch square baking pan. Smooth top. Combine brown sugar, remaining flour and cinnamon; cut 1/4 cup margarine into mixture until crumbly. Sprinkle onto batter.
- Bake at 375° F., 45 to 50 minutes or until wooden pick inserted comes out clean. Cool 20 minutes before cutting.
