1 kg big halaan, cleaned of sand
3-4 cups water
1 sachet (18 g) DEL MONTE Sandosenang Sarap All-in-One Seasoning
10 g ginger with peel, sliced or lightly
pounded
40 g (2 stalks) leeks, sliced into 2
HERE'S HOW:
- In a pot, combine all ingredients except leeks. Bring to a boil and cook until shells open.
- Discard ginger and add leeks. Season with ¼ tsp iodized fine salt (3/4 tsp iodized rock salt). Simmer once.
Makes 6 servings
