2 – 180 grams Century Tuna Lite, drained
1 – 234 grams pineapple tidbits, drained, reserve syrup
2 tablespoons pineapple syrup
¼ cup chopped celery stalks
1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander
¼ cup mayonnaise
½ teaspoon salt
HERE'S HOW:
- Toss well then season with salt, pepper, oregano and Italian seasoning.
- Heat a grill pan and grill vegetables until slightly wilted and aromatic. Wipe grill pan with paper towel and lay 2 slices of bread.
- Place a slice of cheese on a slice of bread then fill with grilled vegetables, tuna and another slice of cheese.
- Top with the other slice of bread and press lightly. Repeat procedure using the rest of the ingredients. Transfer
