WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
2 cups (16 oz.) fresh pineapple
1/2 pound cooked shrimp
1/4 pound asparagus or green beans, steamed
Salad greens
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 teaspoons chili sauce
1 teaspoon lime juice
1/2 teaspoon horseradish
HERE'S HOW:

HERE'S HOW:
- Cut pineapple into wedges. Arrange with shrimp and asparagus on salad plates lined with salad greens.
- Combine mayonnaise, chili sauce, lime juice and horseradish in small bowl. Spoon over salad.
