1 cup graham cracker crumbs
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 cup margarine, melted
1 tsp ground cinnamon
FILLING
1/2 tbsp unflavored gelatin
1 can (439 g)
DEL MONTE Fresh Cut Crushed Pineapple,S drained (reserve syrup)1/2 tbsp unflavored gelatin
1 can (439 g)
1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup all-purpose cream, chilled
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp orange marmalade
TOPPING
1 tbsp pineapple syrup
1/4 cup orange
HERE'S HOW:
- CRUST: Combine all ingredients. Pat mixture on bottom of square pan (7” x 7”). Cover and freeze for 10 minutes.
- FILLING: Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup pineapple syrup. Heat until dissolved. Set aside. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add all-purpose cream gradually and mix until well-blended. Stir in gelatin and sugar. Fold in DEL MONTE Fresh Cut Crushed Pineapple and orange marmalade. Pour over prepared crust. Chill until set.
- TOPPING: Mix until well-blended. Spread on top of pineapple squares.
Serves 12
