WHAT YOU WILL NEED:1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup margarine, softened
3/4 cup white sugar
3/4 tsp vanilla extract
2 pc eggs
1 cup + 2 tbsp all-purpose flour, sifted
3/4 tsp baking powder
1 can (234 g) DEL MONTE Fresh Cut Pineapple Tidbits, drained
1/4 cup toasted cashew nuts, coarsely chopped

HERE'S HOW:
- PREHEAT oven at 325ºF. Grease bottom and sides of a 9”x5”x3” loaf pan.
- BEAT cream cheese, margarine, sugar and vanilla. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- GRADUALLY add combined flour and baking powder. Fold in DEL MONTE Fresh Cut Pineapple Tidbits and nuts. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 40-50 minutes. Cool in pan for 5-10 minutes. Remove from pan and cool completely.
Servings: 12
High in Potassium – for proper muscle and nerve functioning.
