WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
1 cup all purpose flour
¼ cup sugar
1 cup CERELAC Wheat Banana and / or Mixed Fruits
3 tsp baking powder
¾ cup NESTLE Fresh Milk
½ cup butter, melted
1 egg, slightly beaten
HERE'S HOW:
- Heat oven to 400°F. Grease bottoms of 12 muffin cups or line with paper baking cups.
- In a medium bowl, sift together flour and baking powder. Stir in sugar and mix well.
- In another bowl, combine milk, oil and egg. Beat well. Pour into the flour mixture all at once.
- Stir just until the dry ingredients are moistened. Batter will lumpy. Divide batter into the muffin cups.
- Bake for 15 – 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on wire rack.
